This blog to help people see life can be good, because I know how it is to see life as being completely screwed up.
I want others to find a way towards happiness.
Life can be horrendous. People can go to hell and back. Do not think that the world is better if you don't exist. Optimism is the key - though it may be difficult to achieve. Finding things you love can make you appreciate life. Talking, Singing, Music, Photography, Painting, Drawing, Writing, are just some forms of expressing pain, sadness and depression. It is the best self help by talking about your feelings in these forms, to get rid or ease the pain.

You Are Not Alone.
